Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the rice vinegar, honey, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and begin to brown, breaking it apart with a spoon.

When the beef is halfway browned, add the low-sodium soy sauce and half of the sliced green onions. Continue cooking until the beef is fully browned and no longer pink.

Once the beef is cooked through, stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Pour the prepared vinegar-honey mixture over the beef, stirring well to coat everything. Cook for 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to slightly thicken.

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sesame oil.

Serve hot over cooked rice, garnished with the remaining sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
